On giving it as a gift
Reassembly needed first up!
We were pleased to receive this item promptly but surprised that on unpacking, the 'film ' we had to peel off the perspex was not straightforward! On one side it was on the outside as expected. but on the other side the film was on the inside - so we had to unscrew the whole thing to access this side and peel off the film. The sticker saying 'peel off film' was straight on the unfilmed side of perspex so needed some effort and washing to get this off! Some stickiness still there. I presume this was meant to be on the film itself but it been assembled incorrectly in the factory? Annoying more than non functional. Perspex is not as clear as in the picture and had a slight scratch. So a functional item but not quite as good as hoped. It was a present for my husband- glad it wasn't for someone else who would've been bothered with 30 mins of bother to get it in its proper state!

- Wipe the bamboo block clean with a damp cloth.
- Wipe the acrylic shields with a soft cloth. Avoid anything abrasive that could scratch them.
- Keep the block dry and away from direct water, to protect the bamboo and the magnets underneath.
