Delivery within Australia

We offer free expedited delivery Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched on business days. An order placed on a weekend or public holiday is processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is complete.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to street addresses and PO boxes within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and an incorrect address may mean the order is returned to us before it can be resent.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
